Cuarto: Actualizar el territorio atendido

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo caracterizar territorios que promueven una alimentación saludable generando acceso a alimentos propios de la Región que los habita. El proceso de caracterización del territorio sagrado de Palaima se inicia con la historia del Mamo Ramón Gil, quien al igual que CamaLuna District Center (CDC) nació en el distrito Baja Guajira-Alto Cesar.  Desde aquí, juegos tradicionales que promueven lenguas nativas mientras se aprenden lenguas extranjeras, como el inglés o el español; el conocimiento ancestral del distrito Guachaca; y la lengua Nativa del Pueblo Wayuu y del Pueblo Wiwa, el Dámana (palabra que representa al frailejón), han actualizado la vida cotidiana de la Familia Nativa La Guajira (SOS Colombia).  Desde su creación, la biblioteca CamaLuna Library ha relacionado al río Camarones, que nace en el distrito Guachaca, con la fertilidad, el parto, la Palabra, y la Autoridad.
