Festival CamaLuna 2019, Juegos Tradicionales. El lenguaje como tradición oral hace evidentes formas de resistencia que perviven en la memoria. La memoria surge de la interacción entre Regiones que crean relaciones de Autoridad basadas en el lenguaje corporal.  La Fundación Tradición Oral reconoció en Colombia 16 Familias, al hacer Énfasis en Salud Oral, en función del lenguaje. En el caso de la Familia Nativa La Guajira, la Región Wayuu que interactúa con la Familia Nativa Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta es el horizonte de sentido del territorio Palaima, en la boca del río Camarones, denominada CamaLuna. CamaLuna District Project es una respuesta efectivamente participativa al Plan de Atención en Salud Oral (PASO Wayuu), al que dio lugar el Énfasis en Salud Oral Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (ESO, SNSM) para el cuidado del agua,  y que articula instituciones tradicionales que comparten el territorio habitado.

Festival CamaLuna 2019, Juegos Tradicionales. Language is an oral tradition that highlights forms of resistance that persist in memory.  Memory arises from the interaction between Regions that create Authority relationships based on body language.  Fundación Tradicion Oral identified 16 Families in Colombia, emphasizing Oral health as related to language.  In the case of the Native La Guajira Family, the Wayuu Region interacts with the Native Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta Family to form their territorial horizon of meaning in Palaima, located at the delta of Camarones River, CamaLuna. CamaLuna District Project is an effectively participatory response to the Wayuu Oral Health Plan (PASO Wayuu), which emerged from Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta oral health emphasis (ESO SNSM), focusing on water health to articulate traditional institutions by sharing the inhabited territory.
